II Edition of the
“Jaime Fernández de Araoz Corporate Finance” Award

The winning authors of the II Edition of the “Jaime Fernández Araoz Corporate Finance” Award in 2007 were: María Guadalupe, from Columbia Business School, and Vicente Cuñat, from University Pompeu Fabra for their paper titled “Globalisation and the provision of the incentives within the company: the effect of the international competition”

The Award, wich is the only one of this type in Spain, was sponsored by Banco de Santander, UNIVERSIA and Fundación Mutua Madrileña, and offered a cash price of ten thousand euros and a sculpture by Martín Chirino.
